Please provide phone number mobile if possible so if no answer at door we can call or leave a text to say where we have left flowers not all properties have a letterbox to leave delivery note or may dogs that may rip it up, not everyone sees delivery notes also for gated properties we can call to be let in.

For click and collect orders it automatcally gives a time from 11am or 2 hours after time of placing order on same day, if ordering in advance you can put time in special instructions if you need earlier than 11am or if it will be a later in the day collection we generally close 5.30 Mon-Fri but Saturdays we close at 2pm

These are mixed flower tied bouquets placed in a box or bag and in water and flower food.Flower varieties may vary, these are florist choice but of paler, pastel shades so generally, white, cream, pink, peach, lemon, lilac for example you can say what the occasion is ie new baby, Birthday, romance etc and we can choose something most suitable for the occasion, as always please state if recipient has cats and we will not use lilies also you can say if you have any preferences or dislikes.

Packaging may vary in style and colours will be used to complement the flowers or suit occasion but we try to use the most eco friendly products where possible.
